When did the upgrade take place?
The upgrade took place on December 15, 2025
Will I have to enroll in the new Digital Banking Platform?
No, if you were previously enrolled in our old system your user name & password will remain the same. If you’re not enrolled, you can click the “Enroll Now” and answer the member verification questions. If you have previously shared log in information with someone, you will need to contact the credit union to create your personal log in information.
Will the tacu.mobi site change?
Yes, you will need to download the new mobile app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Your new username and password will be the same.

Will my previous transaction history carry over?
Yes, your online banking history, transactions, statements, account transfers, etc. will all carry over to the new online banking. Features you already use like Bill Pay and EZ Card credit card access will still be available.
Technical Tips to help with a smoother experience after upgrade:
- Clear your cache & cookies on all web browsers, both desktop and mobile devices.
- Remove any TACU website bookmarks, favorites, or shortcut files.
- If the contact information we have is not correct, you will need to contact the credit union for assistance.
